Motorist Assistance Package. MAP is a combination of coverages that will reimburse

- Who pays my claims for MAP? |
MAP is provided by Occidental Fire and Casualty, who have been in the specialty insurance business since 1962. Occidental has an A.M. Best rating of A- (excellent) and a rating of "Excellent" from Demotech, Inc. |

- When does my coverage begin and end? |
Coverage is active once the online application has been completed and paid for. Your coverage will end either 6 months or 12 months from the activation date, depending on the term you have selected. |

- Who is covered by my MAP policy? |
Coverage applies to the policy holder and spouse, if they are a resident of the same household. |

- Are all of my vehicles covered? |
Any private passenger auto, pickup, or van you own during the policy period is covered. |

- What do I do if my vehicle needs to be towed? |
Call the towing company of your choice, arrange for service, and pay the bill. Then, simply submit the bill for reimbursement. |

- Do I have to have my car towed to a repair shop? |
No. You may have your vehicle towed anywhere you want, and we will reimburse you up to the policy limit. |

- Does the coverage apply if I am driving someone else's vehicle and it becomes disabled? |
No. Your MAP coverage only applies to vehicles YOU own. |

- How many times may I use my MAP coverage? |
MAP may be used up to three times during your policy term. Each instance will be covered up to the policy limits. |

- Does MAP coverage apply to my motorcycle? |
No. MAP will only cover private passenger autos, pickups, and vans owned by you. |

- How do I renew my coverage? |
You will be notified in advance of the renewal premium. You must pay that premium by the expiration date. After payment has been received your policy will be renewed and continue for 6 or 12 months from the end of your current term, depending on your length of term. |
